We are entering our 14th year in the IT Scottish recruitment marketplace and looking to strengthen our position in the market and develop our consultants to support their personal goals and objectives.

Individual Objectives

Direct accountability for the achievement of the business performance and revenue/profit generation targets/budgets including but not limited to: 

 

  • Consistent control of developing new client opportunities UK wid. 
  • Develop and build business both permanent and contract.
  • Attend and create new forums for potential clients to join and ensure you are attending the relevant forums to help build your network.
  • Participate in team meetings and new sales workshops.
  • Tender/ contract negotiation and/or implementation
  • SLA adherence and management (where applicable)
  • Negotiation (pricing/margin/payment terms)
  • Managing resolution of any client escalations
  • Regular internal and client SLA reviews
  • Fully vetting new clients through the credit control system to ensure they are credit worthy.
  • Manage/coach continual growth in terms of market/divisional knowledge and presence.

 

 

Daily Sales Directorial Activities

 

  • Drive sales to achieve both GP and NP
  • Delivering quality candidates to our clients
  • Develop new opportunities / client wins for both Company and self to generate billable candidates.
  • Keeping Linked In updated with NT brand.
  • Regular workshops on development of new business and coaching on negotiation.

 

 

Planning

 

  • Quarterly planning with the Director and CEO on markets and clients
  • Monthly forecasting
  • Strategy and focus planning.
  • Attendance of and participation in quarterly Managers Meeting /Divisional/Managerial/Team KPI’s

 

  • Regular meetings:  /Divisional/Managerial/Team One-to-one’s

 

Organising

  • Managerial/Team/Individual time management
  • Implementation and support of Managerial/Team/Individual initiatives

 

Leadership

 

Lead by example through:

  • Communication, motivation, and discipline
  • Best Practice Recruitment and HR activities
  • Best Practice NET TALENT sales approach
  • Best Practice Soft Skills

 

Inspect What You Expect

 

  • Follow through on regular Assessments (6 monthly & annually)
  • Regularly compare actual vs. target figures and activities
  • Divisional/Individual/Team methods of success
  • Divisional/Individual/Team methods of productivity

 

Daily/Regular Activities*

 

  • Drive individual sales/recruitment process to achieve revenue /profit targets.
  • Frontline responsibility for your achievement of goals in all recruitment and sales duties

 

Daily use of database:

 

  • All information must be recorded on the database, including job specs and additional information.
  • Build and regularly maintain client and candidate information using the company database.
  • Terms and Conditions must be sent through the database.
  • Support and help build and maintain a contractor book with the business.
  • Use market information to provide regular blogs and website information.

 

Clients:

 

  • Credit checks must be completed prior to working with any new client.
  • We do not operate under 15% margin; a case must be presented to CEO where an agreement would need be achieved.
