The role:
We are looking to speak to candidates who have experience within technical operations, and strong skills in Powershell, Linux and SQL. The role will involve:
- Reviewing and resolving incidents, providing workarounds for the servicedesk and technops
- Managing set-up, configuration and fault finding of key infrastructure
- System monitoring using e-health, oracle EM and custom monitoring scripts
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues following ITIL processes
