Application Support Analyst - Sharepoint focus

My client, a Glasgow success story, and now global leader in their industry, are constantly growing thanks to some recent new client wins, and as such, the team needs to continue developing as well. One key role we need is an experienced Sharepoint Analyst.
You will be responsible for receiving and logging support requests from the service desk. Working in a BA capacity to understand operational requirements and how Sharepoint can be developed to better provide for the relevant business stream teams. Ensure technical documentation is up to date, and work closely with software suppliers to provide timely and effective software enhancements.
You will have relevant technical experience in supporting and developing Sharepoint, whilst deep-diving into the organisation requirements to become an SME.
Knowledge in the following technologies is required:
- Sharepoint (development, design, and architecture)
- Office 365
- Powershell
- Building complex workflows and integrations
Knowledge in the following technologies is beneficial:
- XML
- .NET
- C#
- Azure
- Networking and load balancing
