Essential
- Relevant degree, or experience in a BA role
- Commercial experience in a BA or related role eg customer support, technical lead or project management
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinker
- Problem solver
- Familiar with agile software development eg SCRUM, KANBAN
- Willingness to learn.
- Willingness to listen and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Good problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with external stakeholders and internal team.
