Remote currently but may require frequent travel post-Covid

£35,000 – 45,000 (+ great bonus)

Our client is actively recruiting for an IT/ Technical BA. This BA opportunity is within a global team. Pre-Covid, the BAs in this team were required to travel to client sites across the globe. This requirement may be reduced in future but it’s important that potential candidates are open to fairly frequent short-term travel (Covid-dependent). Great opportunity for candidate who will enjoy building relationships with teams in different cultures or getting about a bit more post-Covid.

You will be an Implementation Consultant, working directly with clients/customers to develop world class products & software solutions. Building relationships with key stakeholders in order to truly understand clients’ needs, understand their problems, and how they would interface with applications. From this understanding, you will produce documentation & recommend process improvements. All the while keeping within timescales & quality standards.



  • Lead scoping workshops with clients
  • Gather business requirements
  • Help training & training docs/materials
  • Create and execute test scripts in project testing phase
  • Share knowledge with colleagues & uphold best practices



  • Strong experience in IT & relevant BA type experience is a must
  • Experience of working in a software development environment is a major bonus
  • Prototyping/Mock-up tools like Balsamiq or Axure
  • Process Diagramming tools (Visio) & MS Office
  • History of doing process mapping & business improvements
  • Experience with workshops & quality/ requirements documentation
  • Effective communicator across technical & non-technical listeners
  • Degrees desirable (particularly in CompSci/ STEM)
