Business Analyst

I am recruiting a Business Analyst for 6 months contract. Working closely with the workstream leads to ensure business analysis delivers the output required by the business. Must have first class written and verbal communication skills, and take ownership of roadblocks and drive towards a solution.
As a Business Analysis you will have experience with Business Model Analysis, Process Design, Systems Analysis, Planning, Implementation, Testing, Project Management, Finance, Data Analysis and be delivery focused
Your core duties throughout this project will include the following;
- Highlight constraints in current processes / systems to allow early resolution of issues impacting delivery of Requirements.
- Taking ownership of roadblocks and driving to resolution
- Define a plan for each phase of delivery fitting into the overall programme timeline highlighting resource constraints.
- Identify key milestones and interdependences with other Workstreams internal and external to programme
- Lead the Business Analysis team ensuring work is distributed evenly around the team and providing guidance as required
- Collaboratively working with other Workstreams and in house technical specialist teams
- Report on progress highlighting Risks and Issues
- Work with PMO and Functional leaders to produce a plan to support process improvement activities identified during BA Phase.
- Supporting other Workstreams through testing and Implementation
- Proactively answer queries from in house and external build teams on delivered business analysis
- Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flowcharts
Interviewing now we are looking for a contractor to start Mid January at the latest..
