We’re looking for a business-savvy, innovative and organised individual to join forces with our client in the technology sector.

Providing solutions to big household names, our client is growing their team and adapting their sales strategy. As Business Process Administrator, you’ll be responsible for streamlining the sales processes within the business. This is a hugely exciting time for our client as they move to a more digital focus, and this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact.


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience with ECM/ERP document management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Communication – must be able to form excellent working relationships and liaise between different departments
  • An eye for improvement, forward-thinking and innovative
  • Comfortable and confident with technology – both software and hardware
  • Customer service, ability to respond confidently to queries
  • Change and project management skills
  • Data analysis and reporting
