This job is looking for an experienced service desk analyst with strong technical skills. The successful candidate would be working on a Service Desk team, supporting clients with AWS, whilst at the same time gaining basic hands-on experience & certifications in cloud & devops technologies such as AWS, Ansible, Terraform, Docker.

This is a great opportunity for service desk staff who are keen to move further into infrastructure, cloud, or application support.

The Skills  

  • Service desk/ support analyst experience is a must have
  • Troubleshooting & managing customer tickets 
  • Real interest to learn & improve with DevOps & Cloud technologies
  • Scripting/ development skills are very useful, eg, Python/ Bash/ Ruby/ etc
  • Some level of experience supporting AWS or other cloud environments
  • An academic background in IT/computing is also a nice bonus
  • Strong customer service & interpersonal skills
