Contract Service Desk Analyst

Contract Service Desk Analyst required for Aberdeen.

You will be given the chance to resolve technical problems on a global scale as part of a passionate and technically advanced team.  As part of this role you will work with product line specialist to resolve a variety of Microsoft based problems.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems   
  • Experience support Microsoft outlook and office suite.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.   
  • ITIL aware or a passion for best practice and service.
