Contract Support Analyst
Contract Support Analyst required for Glasgow with a focus on supporting CRM systems.
You will be joining a busy enterprise level service desk team a contract basis covering 1st and 2nd line support. As you are working for a Microsoft Gold certified partner with a highly technical team it is essential that you have a passion for best practice and technology. This is a unique opportunity to take your knowledge of Microsoft CRM to an expert level.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of support Microsoft CRM online
- Infrastructure support knowledge
- Strong support experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- A passion for ITIL best practice
