Role:

Customer Success Manager       

 

Location:

Dundee/ Remote (must be able to commute to Dundee once or twice per week in the long term)

 

Salary:

Circa £35,000

 

Key Skills/ Experience:

  • Commercially and customer focused
  • Technical knowledge/ background – mobile apps would be perfect
  • Experience of being a subject matter expert on a technical product
  • An understanding of mobile/ app marketing and associated metrics

They have a diverse portfolio of clients, many of which are household names.

 

They are based centrally in Dundee, and as much as this role will be primarily remote there is a strong preference for all team members to be able to travel to Dundee on a fairly regular basis.

 

 

The Role:

This is a brand new role within the business, which will allow you to really put your own stamp on it.

 

The key to the role is to be able to fully understand both the intricacies of the platform, and how to translate that into a value proposition for your clients. You will utilise your knowledge of mobile marketing, metrics, messaging and with full understanding of your clients’ pain points, deliver them solutions based on the platform.
