Key Skills/ Traits/ Experience:
- Data Analytics expert
- Strong mathematical ability including statistics
- Use of predictive analytics
- Ability to push boundaries and solve problems, with a consultative approach
- SQL
- R and Python
- Experienced in data visualisation, EG: Tableau
The Role:
This is a new role within a growing, highly skilled team within the company.
The person who will be successful in this role will thrive with a mix of technical and analytical work, will seek to continuously learn and who genuinely enjoys working with clients to provide awesome results which have a direct impact on their businesses.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Data Modelling - Using predictive analytics to build models
- Client consulting
- Process mapping
- Designing solutions – and presenting them to a non-technical audience
There is a real emphasis on the value that clients get from proper face-to-face interaction, and in turn the value that this can provide to you in this role – and to help you create amazing solutions to problems and pain points that they face. As such, there is an excellent opportunity for on-site visits with clients (when safe to do so) – allowing you to truly see the impact of the work that you are doing.
