Role
The successful candidate in this role would be joining and leading a newly-established team who are supporting the country-wide rollout of a bespoke ERP system into numerous different clients. You would be managing and maintaining business-critical core applications platforms as the pivot point between development & operations teams.
There would be a substantial amount of leadership & service delivery management with this role. Ensuring to stay within SLAs and monitoring production, driving continual improvement, and providing release & change management (release approval & automation).
