Net Talent are working in partnership with one of the UK's leading FinTech SAAS companies -- a software powerhouse who have nonetheless safeguarded their excellent culture, building a strong reputation as one of the most employee-centred organisations in Scotland.

We are looking for multiple full stack software engineers interested in working with Ruby (Rails) and JavaScript. You don't need to have lots of experience specifically with these languages -- diversity is the spice of life, and this organisation welcome applications from a diverse background. All you have to be able to demonstrate is a willingness (and ability) to quickly cross-train into their stack.

At the company's core is a beautifully simple platform with a range of functionality enabling small businesses to take control of their finances at the click of a button. It's award-winning, so don't just take our word for it -- it really is a fantastic product.

They pride themselves on their working environment. As progressive, modern, and supportive as anything else out there, they offer fully-remote (so long as you are based permanent in the UK), but all their staff, regardless of location, feel fully included and part of a very special team.

Enjoying where you work is paramount, so on top of a range of exhaustive and excellent benefits, you have the advantage of a very social office. Team lunches, after-work activities, meet-ups, flexibility in how you work, and a range of other activities are in place to really make sure you get the work/life balance you crave.

A willingness to cross-train into their stack is paramount, but strong experience working at-scale and to best practise with the following tools and languages would stand you in good stead:

- Ruby-on-Rails (of course!) but if not: Java, Python, Go, Elixir
- Full-stack experience that covers both back-end engineering and UI work with any flavour of JavaScript
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with a high number of deployments
- A passion for development, but also for people - you want to enjoy the company of those you work with, share your knowledge, but also be willing to learn from others.

Feel free to reach out directly to Henry on 0131 270 6612 to discuss this in more detail. After a chat about your CV, and expectations, we will look to get you set up with a first-stage call - an informal chance for you to learn more before potentially progressing to more involved, technical stages.
