Salary: Up to £120,000 plus very strong overall package

The role:
As Head of Data you will be in charge of modernising the full offering. The company have enjoyed huge success over the past 100 years and are now looking to utilise data driven practices and ensure that data is at the core of everything they do. You will be taking the existing set up, working with it and looking to modernise and improve the full offering. This role will sit across 5 different business areas, with ecommerce being a key part in short term success.
Your background:
- You will be a highly skilled, senior expert with a wealth of experience working across all aspects of Data. Ideally you'll be used to working with larger organisations and can enable change and best practices across large teams.
- You will be used to working with C-level execs, and team members across multiple regions.
- Equally, it would be good if you have had experience in a start-up, or high growth company or consultancy to understand the unique challenges that this brings too.
- You will be a pioneer within the industry and be abreast of the latest tools, technologies and when to use them.
- You will have all the battle scars that this role requires and be able to impart your experience to make sure things are done right.
- You have been involved in a transformation from legacy to bleeding edge.
- You know what good looks like and you can make change happen and influence at the highest level.
- Strong communicator, negotiator and relationship builder.
