My client, a Global brand name, and rapidly growing organisation, have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join their team in Richmond.
Ideally, as the successful candidate you will have a background in Technology leadership, as well as having a strong knowledge of digital strategy and e-commerce. You will be joining the organisation with a remit to drive new, and key commercial relationships throughout the EMEA region, as well as oversee all technology services throughout the region.
You will report directly to the IT Director, and be responsible for two direct senior reports.
My client are in a period of extensive growth and business transformation, and require an individual who is a strategist and a visionary who understands latest technology trends. Extensive delivery of change projects is also extremey beneficial in this role.
My client requires a candidate who will not let their success be dictated by procedure, you will have a flexible approach, and not require direction. A team will be built around you, but it is your responsibility to define the requirements and scope of the team. Although a digital strategy is in place for the organisation, they require someone with an IT focus who can drive the e-commerce function of the business to be successful whilst falling in-line with current digital strategy.
This is very much a hybrid role which will be continually evolving, and as such is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to have a great deal of control over their career .
