This is a new role for this Global product software company who are looking to appoint a Head of Operations reporting to the CFO to improve the customer experience through operational excellence embedding a culture of innovation, commercially astute, and enthusiasm and customer passion.
Having had experience working in a SME culture, you will be dynamic, pragmatic, delivery focused and have passion for customer advocacy and process improvement.
In your role you ;
- Are the internal voice of the customer
- Develop a first class, international business operations and customer care capability, to meet customer needs and drive commercial success
- Encompassing supply chain, order management, quality management and after sales technical support
- Drive quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the company
- Actively collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver end to end business momentum and growth
- With at least 7 years plus experience of relevant operations or customer care experience, within a manufacturing or technology setting
- Experience with managing global supply chain, including industry leading brands
- Proven ability to implement business improvement processes
- Extensive team management experience
- Degree qualification ideally technical, engineering or similar field
