Information Security Analyst / Coordinator

Information Security Analyst / Coordinator required for a permanent opportunity based in Glasgow City Centre.

You will be the first line of any security issues looking at a key number of business reports and data to look for trends and alert the business on further investigations.  Your knowledge of Security best practice will also be key as you will carry on best practice training with new members of the team.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge of IT Security Devices – Firewalls, Proxies, Malware
• A broad understanding of IT  - Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Virtualisation Technologies, Networking and Windows OS
• Strong Analytical background  
• A passion for best practice and keen to learn / keep up to date with Information Security best practices.
