Technical Support & Operations Engineer
£280 - £300 day rate (umbrella fee)

3 month contract (likely extensions)
Hybrid – remote & office (Twickenham / Richmond area)
Role Outline
In this contract role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing site technical support, operational services maintenance, upgrade and installation of IT systems and applications used within the company to maintain and enhance performance of those systems.
This will be a great opportunity for 2nd or 3rd line Infrastructure Support Engineers who are strong in Windows/MS & virtualisation technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Advise & assist onsite company staff to maintain high service
- Prioritise & resolve support requests
- Implement policy & strategy for IT systems to ensure both staff & systems comply with requirements & standards
- Configure, monitor, maintain systems
- Work with 3rd parties to diagnose issues & troubleshoot

- Windows Server 2008-2019
- Active Directory, Group Policy & Print Management
- MS Exchange Online & 365
- Virtualisation (VMWare ideal)
- Citrix
- Remote Desktop Services
