THE ROLE
This role would be a great opportunity for a candidate with experience in creating, maintaining and enhancing learning content as well as implementing this training both online & in person. Working with SMEs to keep up-to-date with training needs and content requirements, you would be responsible for maintenance of the web content, formal handoffs, train-the-trainer sessions, learning plans, & the constant evaluation of it all to make sure the best service is provided.
REQUIREMENTS
- Some experience of eLearning development tools like Camtasia or Articulate Storyline/ Rise is a must
- History using & administering learning management systems
- Familiarity with content packaging formats (eg, SCORM)
- Strong graphical design skills
- Providing eLearning resources to global standards
- Multiple years of experience as both an instructional designer & developing eLearning content
- Ability to work effectively internally as well as be client-facing
