The role:
- As an Account Manager /Delivery Consultant within IT Recruitment, you will be responsible for delivering and networking with candidates on behalf of our extremely busy clients UK wide.
- Supporting clients through account management, delivery and managing candidates through interview and offer process
- Working closely with the business to support our growth and strategies
- Client and candidate management
- Arranging and attending meet ups, events and conferences (virtual – or when safe to do so!)
- Working with the directors to ensure our business is at the forefront of innovation and implementing new ideas and strategies.
- Ideally we are looking for Technical Recruitment Experience although not essential
