The role:

  • Working along side one of our senior consultants, you will be tasked with working across multiple roles for companies up and down the country. Your job will be to identify, source, interview and work with candidates through the full recruitment process.
  • You will build relationships with candidates and help to match them to the right roles for them. This will involve everything from preparing them for interviews, sharing market information, helping negotiate offers, working on the with their CVs, attending meet ups and conferences to increase your network.
  • You'll be given the best of equipment to do your job - from a brand new laptop and the ability to build a work from home set up to the very latest and greatest sourcing and AI tools to help you unearth the best candidates.
  • Creating a consistent interview pipeline and ensuring you are reacting to clients needs.
  • Being able to deliver bad news well.
  • Arranging and attending meet ups, events and conferences (virtual – or when safe to do so!)
  • Working with the directors to ensure our business is at the forefront of innovation and implementing new ideas and strategies.
