A significant amount of my clients rapid growth has been delivered by acquisition and subsequent organic growth in markets with strong underlying fundamentals. The approach has left the Group with a broad range of IS/IT platforms, each typically centred on a single legal entity.
This approach has led to a very diverse application and infrastructure estate obscuring information at Divisional and Group levels.
The Group is undergoing a series of projects to standardise the key systems and infrastructure servicing across all operating companies. Simultaneously there are a sizeable number of other initiatives around the Group to upgrade and/or standardise on key Business Applications, such as ERP, CRM, BI.
This changing IS/IT platform landscape, along with the rapidly changing international regularity environment has increased the demand to support for Weir operating companies and change programme.
My client requires a very experienced IT Security and Compliance Manager to help drive forward a number of these standaradisation projects from a compliance point of view, as well as delivering on operational security requirements.
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in the following:
- Developing procedures, controls and policies to achieve business culture change
- Knowledge of International regulations - GDPR, SOX, HIPPA
- Knowledge of security frameworks - NIST, SSAE16, ISO27, Cyber Essentials
- Industry recognised certification - CISSP, CISP
- Ideally a technical infrastructure background
- Experience in a global role, ideally in a corporate environment
- Experience of working within a global IT transformation
- Experience of network security, and firewalls
This is an extensive role, reporting to the Global Head of Architecture and Security, but will also be working closely with Divisional and Group Directors.
