This fantastic opportunity with a global market leader in their field is for a 1st & 2nd line support engineer working in particular with Microsoft products & software. With progression opportunities within the company for the dedicated and passionate worker, this will be a great role for someone who is looking to continue their IT support skills whilst using or improving any network, firewall or unified communication knowledge.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1st or 2nd line support experience
  • Technical proficiency in support & administration of Microsoft technology – Windows OS, Office, Skype, Active Directory, Exchange, etc
  • Adherence to ITIL practices using ServiceNow
  • Adobe & Autocad support
  • Keenness to participate on system, network, on infrastructure projects
  • Professional manner, work ethic, personable, & strong communication skills
