Role
This role involves resolving support requests directly from end clients, implementing client and internal projects, reviewing automated alerts and performing advanced troubleshooting. The post holders will also be responsible for the system administration of microsoft based servers and desktops, so experience in microsoft technologies is required.
Experience
- Proven IT support experience (2nd and/or 3rd line)
- Experience managing and deploying Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange & System Centre
- Current MCSA/MCSE or CCNS IT certification or demonstrable similar level of knowledge
