Role: IT Support Analyst – 2nd line
Location: Glasgow, Scotland – Hybrid

Net Talent are partnered with one of Scotland biggest Engineering companies to help source an IT Support Analyst for 2nd line support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing support, configuration and maintenance on devices and services
· Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving faults
· Working with colleagues in identifying and proposing system changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors, users and the IT Team.
Ideal experience:
· Previous experience managing service desk tickets through ITSM tools
· Experience with Project and BAU operations
· Desktop & Device Management
· Active Directory
· Office 365
· Remote Desktop Services
· MDM Support
