Day rate - up to £130 p/day

We're looking for an IT support analyst to be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support duties, and for the provision of remote and field support services on the business systems and services as well as the administration of workstations and mobile devices throughout the business.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the following:
- Commercial experience working in 1st and 2nd line support
- Working experience using windows 7 and window 10.
- Experience with Office365 and Active Directory
- A good telephone manner, customer care, communication skills in a fast passed environment.
- A Network background with (LAN and WI-FI)
