IT Support Engineer
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will work within a small team to support and develop the IT infrastructure and provide IT support to the business.
Supporting 70 users in Edinburgh and a further 80 users across the globe.
Essential Technical skills and knowledge;
- Windows Server (2012)
- Linux Servers of various types
- Windows
- TCP/IP networking, including Cisco switches and Fortigate firewalls
- VMWare and vSphere
- Active Directory
Highly desirable;
- SSH remote access including certificate management
- IIS and Apache web services
- Veeam backups
- FortiClient VPNs
We are looking for a customer focused approachable IT Support Analyst who has the ability to explain complex technical issues with technical novices and must be willing to be flexible and support the global group.
