Role
With more than 20,000 employees and some of the highest-quality talent in the legal sector, the company has developed a remote delivery team to provide a carefully crafted blended learning experience to their staff across all areas of IT products and projects. They are looking to bring in an IT trainer who can join this team to help develop and deliver the IT training strategy and roadmap, alongside other responsibilities such as the development of digital learning, on boarding programmes for new staff members and delivering virtual training sessions, workshops and pop-up events. The company is keen to provide concise, targeted and relevant training through varying formats that are engaging and accessible for all of their employees.
Experience
Technical skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and proven track record of delivering remote and eLearning training in either legal or professional services setting
- Knowledge and use of an eLearning authoring software e.g. Articulate 360 or Camtasia
- Advanced knowledge and experience in training all core Microsoft Office products
- Experience using a learning management system
- Experience in writing training materials, designing courses and in creating digital learning solutions
- MOS and TAP certifications are desirable
