You will lead and mentor teams of highly skilled Individuals to design and deliver business-critical systems for high-profile clients.
This opportunity is with an elite task force that are drafted in to create software platforms & IT systems from scratch. They perform a fully bespoke service across a product’s entire lifecycle – from POC & requirements all the way through to delivery. They also do technical audits or deliver UX design. Their basic purpose is to solve complex technical problems for others (their clients). This client facing role offers the opportunity to lead tight-nit groups to solve software challenges, whilst advising clients who are making key decisions in strategy, design and technology choices.
The basic tech stack they look to hire for is either Java or .NET but they are technology agnostic. Lots of technical freedom – people can explore and try out whatever tech they want if it can help them build a good product or solve a problem.
You’ll need to have:
- Strong technical team leadership experience with a desire to nurture the aspirations and ambitions of your teammates
- Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
- Broad knowledge of technical principles and software design patterns
- Good communication skills across multiple audiences
