You will take the lead on all aspect of a brand new team. Taking ownership of the team, technology roadmap and also still remaining hands on.

- Strong background in solutions driven software engineering
- JavaScript and modern frameworks and libraries
- React Native
- Skills across the full stack
- Node
- AWS
- Strong project management, leadership and organisational skills
- Big picture thinking and the ability to drive the team towards a shared goal
- Knowledge of mobile app development and release processes
Desired Skills
- Java or Python knowledge
- APIs
- Experience of working directly with C-level colleagues
