Essential Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, including reasonable time spent performance testing
- Strong understanding of performance & load testing, testing lifecycle and different type of testing
- Analytical ability to improve & understand test processes
- Identification, documentation, & troubleshooting of bugs, issues, & defects
- Planning, preparation, & execution of performance test cases
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills due to client/customer-facing nature of the work
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Ownership & driving delivery of testing projects
- Knowledge of virtualised infrastructure, especially cloud-based
- A candidate possessing a valid SC clearance is a bonus
- ISTQB Foundation (or relevant experience)
