Net Talent are working in close partnership with a leading SAAS brand, who are looking to hire a Platform Engineer. You will be fully bought-in to the "DevOps way", with excellent experience in engineering, CI, CD, Deployment, and Release.
You will be a natural when it comes to cross-team collaboration, bridging the channels between operations, development, and infrastructure. You will be comfortable challenging yourself with new tools, technologies, and software that you may not have previously encountered -- and talented enough to quickly get yourself up to scratch.
You will have experience with rapidly scaling applications, ideally in a SAAS environment. Ideally, you will also be able to point to a track record of managing CI and CD systems.
Experience with the following is essential:
- Programming in Ruby, Python, or Java
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with Jenkins
- Good knowledge of a range of OS's: Linux, Mac, SmartOS, etc,
