We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is also a first class communicator and relationship builder. They key element of this role is to fully engage with the users and build rapport quickly to be able to question effectively and build a picture of the users experience.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK and we're particularly keen to speak to proven Product Managers with experience working within a software company.

You'll face unique challenges. There is a huge spectrum of users and the apps and website must be intuitive, engaging and stable across the broad range of desktops and devices. Administrators need fast access to key data points, yet their users must be able to build confidence in the simplest of skills.
You need to understand their needs, and work with the team of developers to find the solutions.

Understanding the needs of the user is by far the most critical role and it will be a huge challenge so you must have lots of talent for engaging, communicating, questioning and analysing.

Product Manager:

  • Work as part of an agile development squad
  • Gather user insights, both from user interactions, and by working with the data science team
  • Analyse and understand these insights, to understand and prioritise their needs
  • Working with the squad, identify solutions to meet these needs, and test and refine them
  • Help the squad deliver these solutions;
  • Manage external production work (such as UX design)
  • Evaluate solutions against the squad's OKRs
  • Work with the Head of Product to implement and develop the product strategy

As if this wasn't an exciting and challenging enough role as a Product Manger - you will also spend around 40% of your time being involved in different projects.

Project Management:

  • Manage the current project underway in Michigan, USA similar projects in the future;
  • Create a joint product and marketing plan for the project
  • Manage the project budget
  • Manage the development squad and marketing to deliver on the project objectives
  • Monitor progress on a regular basis

If you have Product Management experience great. If that is from within a software business, even better.
