Exciting new opportunity for a Product Owner to come on board and own a portfolio of around 7-8 embedded Products are at the forefront of public safety.

The Job:
- Engage with the business and stakeholders, to produce product visions and roadmaps.
- Engage with the development teams, to produce well maintained, ordered backlogs, to deliver value across the portfolio.
- Make timely and decisive decisions regarding product scope and schedule.
- Understand the product domain.
- Ensure Product Backlogs are visible, transparent, and understood by all stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
- Product Owner certification (scrum.org or Scrum Alliance)
- A minimum of 18 months hands-on, post-certification experience in an Agile software development environment
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of embedded software systems
- Knowledge of agile software development and management best practices, including build environments and automated testing
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively articulate product roadmap, vision, Product Backlog Items and progress to a wide audience, including the business, product stakeholders, and the development teams
- English language skills at level allowing efficient and effective communication
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, an ability and desire to motivate others
- Experience of Azure DevOps (or similar) is highly desirable
