Programme Manager (Test)

New and exciting opportunity within a new team to head up the Testing practice within this software house. You will have extensive experience of testing and management within a commercial environment, with a detailed knowledge of test strategy, planning, toolsets, execution and reporting. The role involves day-to-day management of the test team, working as a senior member of the Programme delivery team. You will advocate best practice, define quality and other standards, plan and manage resourcing levels and resolve issues as and when they arrive.
We are looking for the idea Programme Test Manager to have the following;
- Extensive experience leading and managing testing project teams
- Strong career history in multiple sectors, with an equally strong network of testing professionals
- Ability to innovate, driving best practice and ensure the right approach
- Well versed with all Testing applications and tools
- Worked within the Financial market is highly desirable
- Must be happy to be client facing
- Assume full ownership of key testing
- Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework and tools to meet the testing mandate
