Resource & Delivery Manager

Net Talent are a growing Digital & Technology recruitment business based in the heart of Edinburgh and due to the continued success of our desirable client base we are busier than ever. 

We are a team of 11 currently with plans to grow to 18 by the end of 2022 and this newly created role of Resource & Delivery Manager forms part of that growth. 

Our aim is to ensure high quality candidates are matched to our clients needs and in order to ensure our team are focussed on delivering for all of our clients we are investing in this newly created role.

Your job will be to work closely with the CEO and Director to understand the deliverables required daily, weekly and monthly. You will then work with the wider team at Net Talent to ensure each team member's time is used effectively with the key focus being on delivery and high standards.

The Job:

  • Responsible for the MI Delivery report and ensuring that all key roles are managed, and the relevant consultant provides the feedback to the Delivery Manager.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure we are delivering and working to Net Talents SLA's and minimum standards. 
  • Regular review on SLAs and daily and weekly output. 
  • Produce weekly reports on stats for all consultants and ensure that the database and all job adverts are updated.
  • Co-ordinating feedback, interviews and managing offers with the trainee recruiters.
  • Escalation point with clients as their first port of call.
  • Consistent control of individual sales forecast to achieve target
  • Produce weekly reports for Director
  • Review performance with stats on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure coverage on each role is provided
  • raining on new recruits, systems and the process
  • Reporting weekly stats and keeping all reporting and MI updated
  • Support in recruiting new talent for the business
  • Regular reviews with contractors on their milestones weekly/monthly and updating the relevant Documentation and MI reporting.
  • Ensuring all Contracts are updated and tie in with the reporting through complying with HMRC rules
  • Keeping abreast of any new information or market information on all things IR35.
  • Working with compliance within internal system to ensure all documentation updated on contractors
  • Support CEO with market information that can lead to generating new contract opportunities

The Person:

  • Recruitment experience as either a Delivery or 360 Consultant
  • Ability to understand and manage the full recruitment process
  • Motivational and inspiring leader who can motivate others
  • Ability to work from the Edinburgh office a couple of times per week
  • Results driven who sets and expects high standards
  • Ability to work at pace and ensure delivery across multiple roles and clients within Technology
  • Understanding of contractor market
