CONTRACT Salesforce Programme Manager

  • 18 months
  • Home-based - Must have access to be able to travel to London City or near Heathrow for workshops
  • Up to £850 per day (incl expenses)
  • We are Only accepting applications that meet the criteria of this Contract position - Extensive global deployment from a CRM (preferred Siebel) to Salesforce - Change Management and a strong leader who can manage and support the business through this transition. 

We are looking for a highly capable Programme Manager for a Global Deployment programme from a legacy system to Salesforce to roll out to 1500 across 50 countries.  Working for a well known Global Logistics company you will have at least 10 years within Programme Management and in particular with Global deployment projects and CRITICAL to have experience with Salesforce.

Working closely the Global Program lead to drive the delivery of the remainder of the Salesforce transformation programme, responsible for all aspects from technical delivery to change management and user adoption.  Role is wide ranging requiring candidate to be both technically aware of Salesforce and with experience of driving global large scale implementations. Candidate should be experienced in presenting to senior executives and comfortable with producing high quality presentations.

Direct Program team : 15

Wider support teams : 50+

Implementation Partner  : 10+/-

 

Programme Overview :

The Group are  currently 2 years into a 4 year CRM transformation programme covering Sales, Marketing and Service for 3000+ users across 50+ countries. Programme aims to simplify and standardize current processes as part of transition from legacy Siebel tool over to Salesforce.   

Candidate  :

  • Experienced in large scale global transformation with experience in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse global  teams and deliver on complex change programs.
  • Comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders and help facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Highly organised and proficient in all project management tasks  i.e. timeline / milestones and budgets
  • Accomplished with working with multiple vendors and implementation partners.
  • Driven large scale back office customer service transformation with experience of Sales force Service Cloud.
