About the Role
Our client are looking for experienced Senior Java Developers to join their engineering project team, in the role you can expect to be work within an agile development team and be involved in all stages of he SDLC (architecture, design, development & testing). You will also be expected to mentor & coach junior members of the team.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Strong commercial experience developing software products in Java/SWING/Netbeans
- Frontend development experience using java-based technology
- Version control using GIT
- Capability to mentor junior engineers
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology
- Graduated with BSc or an MSc in Software Engineering or similar numerical degree
Desirable
- GIS Systems.
- Software Testing.
- Database technology (e.g., SQL).
- C# / .NET development skills.
- Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
