Senior Product Manager required to join an Edinburgh based, well-funded investor backed tech company to support them on their journey of growth into International markets and new territories - both technologically and geographically! You will be joining a small with a small and fast-growing team, offering a wealth of opportunity for professional development with a shared sense of purpose. It will be your job to drive forward the current roadmap and plan for the future.

The future is likely to include entering new markets - namely North America - so you will have to be happy to travel when required and when permitted to do so.

We're looking to speak to experienced Product Managers looking to take the step into a more Senior role or indeed a Senior Product Manager looking for a new challenge:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Agile driven Software Product Management
  • Solid Technical understanding of how software is used to create outcomes, as well as an appreciation of timescales of builds, potential problems, how engineers work/think.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of working with B2B Cloud products.
  • Track record of leading teams to translate product strategy into tangible deliverables
  • Experience of a range of approaches to Product Management, and the confidence to help identify and put in place systems and processes that will fit the business and their clients needs

  • You should be a creative thinker and innovator with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for Technology/Product - an expert at bridging the two is what we need. 
  • Collaborative and clear communication skills are key characteristics that you have moulded into your skillset in your career.
  • Actively listening, advising, and translating concepts into reality comes naturally to you
  • A strategic thinker - you will be working across the strategic side of a Technical roadmap. You know how to take ideas, concepts and turn them into actionable, realistic deliverables.
  • You can articulate and acquire the technical resources required, timescales, checkpoints, and processes with the CTO and Head of Engineering

The company are based in Edinburgh however there will be a requirement in future for hybrid working so being able to work from the Edinburgh office a couple of days a week is important. This is a real collaborative role and there will be a requirement to meet clients onsite but there is real flexibility as the client embraces a work/life balance and flexibility.
