As a result of our remarkable success and 2 promotions we are now looking for a Senior IT recruiter to join our ranks and help us continue our growth. Standing still is not something we are good at!

Your background:

You will be an experienced Recruiter with a strong track record in either delivery or a 360 recruiter role. We are open to industry sector so even if you aren’t working within Technology recruitment right now we can help you make the transition into what is - and will continue to be - a “booming market”

The role:

  • Working closely with our management and Senior management team you will be tasked with working across multiple roles for companies up and down the country. Your job will be to identify, source, interview and work with candidates through the full recruitment process.
  • You will build relationships with candidates and help to match them to the right roles for them. This will involve everything from preparing them for interviews, sharing market information, helping negotiate offers, working on them with their CVs, attending meet ups and conferences to increase your network.
  • Researching the latest industry trends and news.
  • Utilising social media, job boards, ATS and other relevant platforms to research and engage with top talent.
  • Being in control of your own personal brand through excellent use of Linkedin, Twitter and emails.
  • You'll be given the best of equipment to do your job - from a brand new laptop and the ability to build a work from home set up to the very latest and greatest sourcing and AI tools to help you unearth the best candidates.
  • Creating a consistent interview pipeline and ensuring you are reacting to client’s recruitment needs.
  • Arranging and attending meet ups, events and conferences (virtual – or when safe to do so!)
  • Working with the directors to ensure our business is at the forefront of innovation and implementing new ideas and strategies.
