Role: Senior Service Operations Manager
Location: Edinburgh OR Glasgow – Hybrid, Flexible

The Role:
This is a key role which will provide vital technology support across the entire group, from contact centres to executive IT support. Looking at ways to improve legacy infrastructure with more modern technology for better ways of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions in the workplace
- Improving efficiency and overall performance of the group
- Managing the group’s hardware and software
- Providing technical support to employees
- Aligning technology solutions to the groups strategic goals
- Identifying new technology trends and opportunities that can benefit the group
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading technology upgrades / office improvements
- Identify and implement new technologies that improve workplace efficiency
