Opportunity for an experienced Software Developer and a Software Developer to join this entrepreneurial and ground breaking company. You will be working within a business has has adopted a DevOps model throughout so you will work in a fast paced yet collaborative with a real sense of ownership.

As a business they operate a fully agile working model with daily team stand ups, progress boards, sprints and regular show and tell sessions to keep the entire team informed on projects and progress. 

The business operate a fully flexible working model so you can be based from anywhere in the UK.

What we're looking for:

  • Competency in modern programming languages and methodologies such as Ruby, JavaScript, preferably within a UNIX/Linux environment
  • Can demonstrate design, development & delivery of large, complex features
  • Can apply best practice coding standards
  • Ability to contribute technically across all tiers platform services, both web technologies and back-end services
  • Understanding of database development
  • Show appreciation of all aspects of the software development lifecycle (e.g. requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation)
  • Experience of Agile development practices
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Knowledge of secure development processes and best practices
  • Demonstrate appetite and aptitude to be involved in solving complex technical challenges and furthering knowledge and experience
  • Committed to working with and helping other colleagues
  • Increasing organisational skills e.g. co-ordinating development of a feature across a number of people.
  • Actively seeks to take on more responsibility and ownership.
