My client, a global FMCG brand name, have had a fantastic 2019, and are now looking to invest in the growth of their team. As other functions grow, so too does the requirement for a Service Desk which can handle an increase in support tickets. As the successful candidate, you will have approachable and outgoing personality, an ability to prioritise, and a desire to progress your career.

  • Working on the Support Desk taking calls from staff globally.
  • MUST have experience with working with modern support \ ticket platforms, i.e. Assyst, Hornbill, ServiceNow, etc.
  • MUST be customer focussed and driven by excellent service
  • ITIL Accreditation us a must – Min Foundation v3
  • Technically skilled with very good knowledge of MS Office, Server and O365 based systems, i.e. Teams, Skype
  • Very good experience of MS Active Directory Admin
  • Good experience of Powershell
  • Experience of working \ troubleshooting Connectivity issues, VPN, VC Conferencing
