Must have Scripting experience and over 5 years within Development/IT Administration with ServiceNow
Strong Architectural experience in particular around governance frameworks.
This is a large transformational programme which is being rolled out globally we are looking for someone to manage all things ServiceNow, manage the demand and the offshore team, oversee 3rd parties must be technically strong and you will be able to ensure the governance framework and upgrades are seamless.
With hands-on experience of implementing and configuring the following ServiceNow modules; Incident Management, Change and Release Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, User Administration, Software Asset Management and Reporting.
