Software Development/Delivery Manager
Glasgow (currently remote - flexible and 3 days from home post COVID)
To £65,000 plus 10% bonus, excellent benefits and flexible working

The role:
You will be managing multiple tight knit development teams in Glasgow – and other locations and helping the engineers, testers and devops teams to produce great work. Working in an Agile manner, and adhering to best practices, you will help drive the development team and allow them to have the environment to thrive. You will also be involved in code reviews, architectural decision making, and discussions with senior colleagues locally and internationally.
Key skills:
- A solid background as a Senior Software Engineer or Senior QA Engineer – bonus points if your experience comes from a C# environment
- Experience of managing at least one software engineering team
- Agile experience
- Experience of being involved in architecture discussions
- Working with high performing dev and QA teams to remove blockers, encourage best practices and enable excellence.
