Technical Support Analyst

Edinburgh/ Remote
Salary:
To circa £25k + exceptionally good benefits package
Key Skills/ Traits:
- A good problem solver with excellent communication skills
- 1st and 2nd line support experience
- Excellent end user support skills
- Access management
- Knowledge of ITIL and service desk environment would be beneficial
- Support across platforms from internal systems, access management and mobile devices
- Can take responsibility to complete tasks autonomously
- Like finding a better way of doing things
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS365, Active Directory, asset management, IT security and data
