Systems Manager

18 month contract or Fixed Term

We are looking for a Systems manager to manage HR Systems this is a BAU role as the business undergoes a huge transformation and migration project.

This role will lead HR Systems team and work in partnership with their Integration team to deliver the migration of this large transformation project to 2020

  • strong HR/IT System implementation who can add to the strategic vision and operational functionality 
  • Work to influence and partner with key internal stakeholders including Integration team and CIO to drive and support business change
  • Manage the service performance of the system and our external software providers, particularly critical through period of change
  • Significant project management experience to facilitate a small team of systems analysts in general system development including general upgrades, to improve functionality, manage and drive automation, exploring in house config capabilities, improve accuracy and future system integration etc
  • Proven experience in cloud solutions delivery (ideally HR) and systems requirements build, design and delivery
  • Experience in developing and documenting design principles
  • Practical knowledge of the external regulatory and commercial environment impacting data management drivers and issues
