Net Talent are working with a leading Software company in Aberdeen to recruit a technical pre-sales engineer to be a product champion for their product portfolio.
The company are well established, with around 100 in the business, and in a strong financial position following year on year growth. Their products are currently going through a phase of redevelopment with a focus on cloud and mobile, and this role is vital to them to identify where their efforts are best focused.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting business development with technical expertise from your background in either software development, or a software development environment
- Working with different areas in the business to champion products, and help teams understand the value in each product
- Working with Clients to understand where training is needed, and working with clients to deliver proof of concept features/products that you will be involved in designing
- Product demonstrations to clients, as well as being the SME for any technical questions
Key skills needed
- Software engineering background or experience in technical sales
- Confident in client facing scenarios
- Able to build strong working relationships
