Role:

Technical Support Analyst

 

Location:

Currently Remote – long term partially remote so must be commutable to Glasgow or Edinburgh

 

Salary:

To circa £25k + exceptionally good benefits package

  • A good problem solver with excellent communication skills
  • 1st line support experience
  • Excellent end user support skills
  • Support across platforms from internal systems, access management and mobile devices
  • Can take responsibility to complete tasks autonomously
  • Like finding a better way of doing things
